As the Marketing and Fundraising Coordinator , you will join and support the busy team, engaging in a variety of exciting projects, including digital and social media initiatives, supporting fundraising activities, and coordinating the execution of marketing and fundraising plans. This is a hands-on role offering a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills within a supportive and creative environment.

Main duties:

Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and content creation. Coordinate the production of marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, and promotional collateral. Manage and update the charity’s website and social media channels to ensure content is current and engaging. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using analytics tools. Support the planning and execution of fundraising events and activities. Assist in the management and development of fundraising campaigns. Maintain accurate records of donors and fundraising activities using the charity's CRM system. Support the organisation and execution of events. Attend industry events to represent the charity and build relationships with key stakeholders and potential supporters. Assist in budget tracking and ensure that marketing and fundraising activities are cost-effective. Attend and participate in events, team meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.

Candidate requirements:

A degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Communications, Nonprofit Management, or a related field. Proven experience in a marketing role. Deep knowledge of what works on socials. Demonstrable experience of marketing software (e.g. Mailchimp, Hootsuite, Canva, Premier Pro). Passionate about all things marketing. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Positive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges.
