  • Maintaining and promoting high personal standards in security, environment, safety, health and quality.

Who are we looking for?

The successful candidate will be a confident communicator, with an organised and methodical approach. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to start an exciting Project Management career with us and be a part of setting the foundations for the future of AWE.

We do need you to have the following:

  • Skills to undertake crucial tasks to coordinate the activities of project teams to ensure a smooth and successful on time delivery of a complex project with the guidance of a project manager.

Everyone who works at AWE brings unique skills and perspectives to the table. We recognise that great people don't always 'tick every box'. That's why we focus on your potential, your fit with our values, your transferable skills as well as your experience. Even if you don't meet every point below, but you feel that this role and AWE are a great fit for you, please go ahead and apply, we'd love to receive your application.

Whilst not to be considered a tick list, we'd like you to have experience in some of the following:

  • Self-motivation and the desire to foster good team morale and spirit to motivate others.

  • Organisational flair and IT skills to be used to assist with the creation of reports, action plans and managing project requests.

  • Attention to detail to assist with the provision of accurate reports and project documentation.

  • Good listening skills enabling requests to be assimilated and converted into action plans.

You'll need to have the ability to work calmly and constructively in a priority changing environment and be able to manage your own workload. You will also have initiative, enthusiasm, a flexible approach, and ability to work to tight deadlines.

Some reasons we think you'll love it here:
