Join our client's team as a Process Assistant - Administrator, where you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals' rights of access to their personal data by handling Subject Access Requests (SARs) and Freedom of Information Requests (FOIs). You will be part of an existing team of administrators who ensure compliance with data protection regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and process SARs & FOIs in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with legal deadlines.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to gather requested data and supporting documentation.
  • Conduct thorough responses to SARs & FOIs, ensuring necessary redactions/explanations are included.
  • Collaborate with internal and external legal advisors to address complex legal and health inquiries.
  • Respond to routine queries and issues, referring any unusual or non-routine situations to others.

Essential Skills
  • Experience in data protection or administrative roles.
  • Understanding of data protection regulations, such as GDPR.
  • Good organizational skills.
