We're hiring: Patient Services Administrators (Pharmaxo Healthcare)

As our operations evolves to cater for an expanding market to support the NHS and deliver efficiencies, so does our need for dedicated, compassionate, and skilled individuals. We're on the lookout for Patient Services Administrators to join our homecare team. This is your chance to become the lifeline for those in need, ensuring seamless care and support from the comfort of their homes.

Your role

As a pivotal part of our team, you will:

  • Be the first point of contact for our patients, scheduling deliveries and nurse visits with empathy and efficiency.
  • Maintain meticulous records and handle sensitive patient data with the utmost confidentiality.
  • Navigate patient queries and healthcare professional inquiries, connecting them with the right department seamlessly.
  • Play a crucial role in managing prescription logistics, ensuring patients receive their medications accurately and promptly.

Office opening hours are Monday-Saturday; successful applicants will be required to work 37.5 hours per week across five days with some Saturday working on rotation.
