Bath ASU produces around 2,000 aseptically compounded injectable pharmaceutical products each day for hospitals and patients across the UK who are fighting cancer, living with chronic disease or in need of pain relief.

Pharmaxo Healthcare is a growing clinical homecare provider in an expanding market offering greater convenience to patients whilst delivering efficiencies to the NHS.

Pharmaxo Scientific holds and develops intellectual property, which is currently licensed to the groups other operating subsidiaries.

**Your role**

You will be responsible for supporting with the co-ordination and administration of the Engineering, Fleet and Facilities, and Group Services processes for the Pharmaxo Group organization. You will manage and deliver a timely, accurate, and team-focused service to support the teams that require it.

**Your duties & responsibilities**
- To provide a dedicated first line of a service, managing queries and ensuring escalation of matters to the appropriate person within the Engineering, Facilities, or Group Services team.
- To lead on managing and maintaining administration tasks whilst providing support as and when required to the Engineering, Fleet and Facilities, and Group Services teams.
- To prepare and send correspondence relating to Fleet services regarding Driving Licence Checks, car allowance queries, and aid with the storing of information about who in the company receives a car allowance or a car.
- To provide and receive accurate information orally, in writing, or electronically from a variety of sources.
- To ensure that the day-to-day logging of permits, scanning and record keeping is kept up to date and accurate.
- To support with the organisation, preparation and delivery of products required by the Engineering Team.
- To co-ordinate with other members across the company to assist with various projects as required by the Head of Group Services.
- Collaborating and working to ensure a project is completed.
- Maintaining and revising logging systems for paper copies and originals of various legaldocuments.
- To act as a point of contact between external organisations and the team to ensure timely deliveries and the appropriate documentation has been received up to a reasonable standard.
- To ensure the timely scheduling of automated tasks generated for and by the Engineering Team.
