We are excited to be able to recruit a new person to join our existing team of Specialist Frailty Practitioners (nurses and therapists) in the delivery of the Royal London Hospital’s Frailty service. 

The Specialist Frailty Practitioner will deliver person centred care, frailty screening and comprehensive assessment for older adults with frailty, both within the hospital and within Tower Hamlets community. These fixed term posts will include weekend working as we offer a seven-day service therefore the postholder must be available to work within a flexible rota.

Main duties of the job

This post will be of potential interest to staff who are working at Band 6 or 7 with older people, have an understanding of frailty and comprehensive geriatric assessment, and wish to progress and apply their expertise in a stimulating clinical environment.
