One of five teams within the Undergraduate Admissions and Outreach Office, we are responsible for managing undergraduate applications data, including external liaison with UCAS and many groups of internal stakeholders. The team is seeking a motivated and efficient person who will build upon the work to incorporate SITS eVision alongside our internal selection database (ADSS) and other systems used across the university, and be pro-active in identifying improvements to existing procedures. In addition to technical expertise, the successful candidate will have very strong data management, administrative and project management skills, and excellent attention to detail in the context of a critical and highly-scrutinised admissions process. The successful candidate will be a well organised individual with the ability to keep track of a range of processes. An effective communicator, the post-holder will maintain the team’s strong customer service values in liaising with a range of stakeholders across colleges and departments, and be confident in presenting the work of the team to a wider audience. A positive attitude and an ability to work well under pressure are essential.
