BANK Mental Health Recovery Worker

Rethink Mental Illness are hiring BANK Support Workers to join our Step Up Service in Yeovil - Somerset.
If you are looking to work more flexibly BANK work could be ideal for you - you may be retired, looking to do additional shifts around your current role or would like to work around your family commitments.
As a bank worker you will work flexibly – as and when required by the service.
The Step Up service in Yeovil, Somerset, provides short term support to individuals experiencing acute mental health crisis. The service is accessible to adults aged 18 and above, and has 6 beds with communal areas such as kitchen and lounge. The service is registered with CQC and staffed 24 hours per day, 7 days a week and staff work in partnership with Somerset Foundation NHS Trust.
As a Mental Health Recovery Worker you will: offer people affected by mental illness the support and help they need to regain their confidence and get involved in everyday social and workplace activities. You will be working closely with service users to achieve their own personal goals and access all the support they need on their recovery journey.
