Mental Health Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mental Health Specialist to join our Early Intervention in Psychosis service. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with individuals and families affected by psychosis, providing expert care and support to help them achieve their full potential.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive assessments and care coordination for individuals with first episode psychosis.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Offer education and support to family members and carers, empowering them to play an active role in the individual's recovery.
- Conduct outreach and engagement activities to ensure timely access to services and promote early intervention.

Requirements

Experience of working with individuals with mental health difficulties, particularly those with first episode psychosis, is highly desirable.
