We have a range of roles for people passionate about supporting others to make change.
We have roles in different teams including:

You will have opportunities to progress your career with a structured learning journey and clearly defined career pathways that will enable you to achieve your long term goals and work to your strengths.

As a Harm Reduction Recovery Worker you will be working in a variety of settings as part of a multi-disciplinary team. You will manage a small caseload of service users who are complex and hard to engage so you will need exceptional communication skills and the ability to be flexible in your approaches to working.
You will spend time seeking out service users across the county, providing treatment and support in locations that support their engagement, and working to help people engage in treatment effectively. We are passionate about taking our service to those who need it most so the Engagement and Harm Reduction role is crucial to making this happen.
You will be responsible for delivering a range of evidence-based interventions to reduce drug related harms, including needle and syringe provision, safer injecting information and support and advice around blood borne virus prevention and treatment.
At a practical level, you'll need good IT and communication skills.
This would be a front-line role providing support to people around their use of drugs and alcohol.
We value individual creativity and initiative and, whatever your role, you will be fully involved in identifying opportunities to improve the quality of our services and the service user experience. Your ideas will be listened to and your suggestions implemented wherever possible. You will be supported in your role by extensive training to help develop your skills.
