About the Role…

EG On The Move is expanding and require a Site Technology Quality & Installation Manager to join the team. The successful candidate is responsible for overseeing all technological implementations at our sites, ensuring they meet our stringent quality standards.

This role requires a proactive manager who can handle the installation, testing, and operation of our technology infrastructure. They will also manage field engineers, and coordinate with vendors for optimal results.

Duties & Responsibilities

Oversee the installation of technology across various sites, ensuring compliance with our standards. Conduct thorough quality checks and testing of installed technology to ensure functionality and efficiency. Manage daily operations related to site technology, troubleshooting issues as they arise. Lead a team of field engineers, providing guidance and support in their day-to-day tasks. Establish and maintain strong relationships with technology vendors and manage contractual agreements. Ensure all site technology practices adhere to relevant industry standards and safety regulations. Implement continuous improvement practices to enhance technology deployment and functionality. Document processes and maintain detailed records of technology performance metrics.

Candidate Requirements

Proven experience managing technology installations and operations, preferably in a multi-site environment. Strong technical skills with experience in quality assurance and systems testing. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team. Robust organizational and project management skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. Effective communicator with strong negotiation skills to deal with vendors and stakeholders.
