The Role of an Mobile Hire Manager

As an Mobile Hire Manager you will develop strong customer relationships in your/multiple store's offering hire solutions with an array of top-tier products and equipment across all building service sectors. What do you need to succeed as an Mobile Hire Manager?

Committed to delivering exceptional communication, customer service and eager to assist Proficient in meeting and exceeding performance targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Proactive and positive outlook and solution driven. Enthusiastic about continuous learning and expanding product expertise Hold a valid driver's license (You will operate a van.)

What does the Mobile Hire Manager role involve?

Covering multiple locations, you will drive the strategy at a regional level, ensuring revenue growth, profitability and customer loyalty Running the HSS dedicated area within our partnering Builder’s Merchant, supporting customers with their hire needs and upselling/cross-selling where you can Building and maintaining the relationships with the customers to ensure we keep their repeat business. Supporting key sales initiatives and strategy to hit branch KPIs and ensure we’re being innovative and forward-thinking in our approach.

Similar Working Pattern

Monday to Friday 7:am - :pm and Saturday 8:am - :pm
(with an accumulative extra day off during the week for every 2 Saturday shifts worked).
