Role Overview
As a Mobile Equipment Specialist, you will foster strong customer relationships across multiple locations, providing rental solutions with a diverse selection of high-quality products and equipment in various building service sectors. If you are eager to be part of a progressive culture, we welcome you to embark on this exciting journey with us.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive regional strategy to ensure revenue growth, profitability, and customer loyalty.
- Manage the dedicated area within our partner Builder's Merchant, assisting customers with their rental needs while identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Build and maintain customer relationships to secure repeat business.
- Support key sales initiatives and strategies to meet branch KPIs while fostering an innovative and forward-thinking approach.
Working Hours
The working pattern is Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, with an additional day off during the week for every two Saturday shifts worked.
