Role Overview: Mobile Branch Colleague

As a Mobile Branch Colleague, you will cultivate strong customer relationships across multiple locations, providing rental solutions with a diverse selection of high-quality products and equipment for various building service sectors. Key Responsibilities

  • Drive regional strategy to ensure revenue growth, profitability, and customer loyalty.
  • Manage the dedicated area within our partner Builder's Merchant, assisting customers with their rental needs while promoting additional services.
  • Establish and nurture customer relationships to secure repeat business.
  • Support key sales initiatives and strategies to meet branch performance indicators while fostering an innovative approach.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Exceptional communication skills and a commitment to outstanding customer service.
  • A proven track record of meeting and exceeding performance targets and KPIs.
  • A proactive and positive attitude with a focus on solutions.
  • A passion for continuous learning and expanding product knowledge.
  • A valid driver's license is required as you will be operating a van.

Working Hours

Your working pattern will typically be Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with Saturday hours from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. You will also benefit from an additional day off during the week for every two Saturday shifts worked.
