You will join the Service Business team under Martin Borst. You can be based anywhere in Europe, ideally close to one of the bigger European offices, such as Courtaboeuf, Copenhagen, Almere, Bellenberg, Penrith etc.

Driving Operational Excellence and Safety

As the Global Service Standards & EHS Manager, you will:

Your impact: Shaping a sustainable future

In this role, you will not only ensure the highest standards of service and safety but also contribute to Nilfisk's sustainability efforts, enhancing the lifespan of our products and reducing environmental impact. Your work will foster closer customer relationships through improved service delivery, contributing to stable recurring revenues and enhanced profitability.

To succeed in this role

You are a visionary front runner; a pragmatic, action-oriented person who thrives on improving processes and driving tangible results. Your hands-on approach and ability to lead by example will be critical as you navigate through the complexities of global service operations, making real-time choices that enhance our service delivery and customer satisfaction.
