PositionOverview:
As a Recruitment Administratoryou will play a pivotal role in our agency ensuring seamlessadministrative operations while our consultants focus on nurturingrelationships with candidates and clients. Your primaryresponsibility will be managing all administration aspects fromcandidate communication to social media postings and officemanagement tasks. We are seeking a proactive individual with strongorganisational skills and a creative mindset to enhance our onlinepresence and streamline our recruitmentprocesses.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • CandidateCommunication: Contact all applicants regardless ofshortlisting status to provide timely feedback and maintainpositive candidateexperiences.
  • Social MediaManagement: Create and schedule engaging jobpostings on various social media platforms leveraging our brandidentity and incorporating creative elements to attract toptalent.
  • Job BoardManagement: Post job advertisements on relevant jobboards ensuring maximum visibility within budget constraints andexploring costeffectivealternatives.
  • Office 365Expertise: Utilise Office 365 tools and features tostreamline administrative tasks manage documents and facilitatecollaboration within theteam.
  • AdministrativeSupport: Handle incoming calls manage emails andassist with general office duties to maintain a smoothworkflow.

Qualifications:

  • Previousexperience in recruitment administration or a similar rolepreferred.
  • Proficiency in Office 365applications particularly Excel Word andOutlook.
  • Experience withCanva
  • Experience with Linkedin InstagramFacebook X and any other platforms
  • Strongcommunication skills both written andverbal.
  • Creative flair with the ability todesign compelling social mediacontent.
  • Exceptional organisational skills andattention to detail.
  • Ability to workindependently and collaboratively within a teamenvironment.
