**Position Type: Full Time Monday to Friday 9-5**

Direct Accident was formed in 1996 to assist clients who had been involved in road traffic accidents caused by another party. In that time, we have helped thousands of clients by taking away the worry and inconvenience that inevitably result from an accident caused by somebody else.

We are currently recruiting for a **Central Fleet Administrator **who will be responsible for ensuring a smooth running of the Administration department. Ensuring all documents are kept secure and filed away in a timely manner and all relevant system and document checks are completed accurately and timely.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about the work they do, the service they provide and getting the best results for their clients.

We are looking for someone who is positive, energetic and enthusiastic, a problem solver and someone who can work as part of a tight team and using their own initiative. You will be responsible for ensuring that you provide an excellent service to your stake holders and ensure that everyone has a positive experience by delivering an outstanding service.

**Responsibilities to include**:

- Open daily internal and external post making sure all paperwork is allocated to correct department.
- Ensure the accurate completion of information onto the FuseMetric system.
- Checking rental documents have been completed accurately and all signatures have been obtained.
- Answer the telephone and assist in all enquiries.
- Accurate pricing of hire agreements
- Processing of all vehicle penalty charges
- Off hiring vehicles for all depots
- Fuel Management
- V5 document management
- Taxing vehicles
- Uploading and processing client ID’s
- Downloading ID’s from driver devices
- Recharging administration fees

**About You**:

- Petty Cash management
- Filing
- COVID 19 measures i.e., cleaning rota etc.
