Position Title: Deputy Director Health, Wellbeing and Participation
Location: London Fields (NCB promotes a hybrid, flexible way of working. Staff can work remotely for part of the week if they wish and in the office or face to face for 2 days per week)
Status:  Full Time -35 hours (open to part time 28 hours a week),Permanent 
Salary: £70,417 , other benefits include 30 days holiday plus bank holidays (and an additional 3 days leave for Christmas org-wide shut down)

We are looking for a Deputy Director to lead on delivery of our Health, Wellbeing, Participation and Service Improvement programmes of work. This challenging and exciting role will lead our existing exciting and varied programmes of work and the further development of our service improvement consultancy offer.

The successful candidate will be a leader in the field of children’s health with a strong commitment to promoting children and young people’s voice. They will have a clear vision of how best to support the children’s workforce and therefore children and young people, including those with SEND. They will be an expert at supporting systems change in local areas.

Excellent leadership, people and programme management and communication skills are essential for this role as are strong IT and writing skills, along with experience of managing contracts.

You need to have a comprehensive understanding of and interest in the health system and how to support service integration, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and be both a leader and a team player.
