Main Missions

Ability to proceed repair of simple and urgent jewellery interventions, include generic service, engraving, fine chain work, replacement of earring posts etc. following brand guidelines Decide the best suitable repair approach to reach expected lead-time with problem solving attitude.

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose all repairs Perform repairs and services of assorted jewellery pieces for Client and Stock Repairs Bracelet and Necklace chain extension or length reduction Ring-Sizing +/-; traditional technic, with ring-guard, with Laser-welding; alternative sizing solution: beads, spring Replacement of earring posts including removal of broken posts and use of taps and dies Re-shape deformed items Polishing of jewellery Engraving of jewellery via Gravotech machine Complete the Daily allocated jobs according to brands Customer Service Policy Workshop and tool maintenance

Profile

1-3 years of experience in Jewellery Repair Technical skills Familiar in the handling of different sensitive materials: Gemstones, Semi-Precious Stones, Wood, Pearls, Ceramic, Resin, Coral, etc. Familiar with Laser Welding; Skills in polishing of Jewellery Experience in Stone-Setting, as well plating skills (Rhodium) would be a plus Soft skills Strong understanding of Customer Service needs and Customer (internal and external) priorities Strong attention to detail and organization with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and with precision Team-Player approach, ability to work both independently and within a team environment Able to determine uncommon inquiries and able to provide a problem-solving solution Familiar with Computer Skills (MS Office, Internet, E-Mail) Good communication skills
