About the Role

The Boutique Assistant plays a vital role in providing an exceptional experience to clients at Van Cleef & Arpels. This position requires a unique blend of client-facing and back-office skills, with the ability to work with agility and grace.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Sales Associates during presentations, including welcoming clients, serving drinks, and bringing products.
  • Prepare and wrap products for sale.
  • Process sales, including preparing product-related documents and following payment procedures.
  • Support sales team in daily clienteling activities, such as gift card preparation and purchasing small client gifts.
  • Follow Brand visual identity guidelines, including VM and day-to-day maintenance.
  • Provide support for event organization and have knowledge of High Jewellery, Jewellery, and Watchmaking.
  • Assist Sales Associates during customer service, perform customer service activities as needed, and prepare and wrap products.
  • Support Sales Associates in creating personalized customer experiences, reviewing and setting up the workspace, and checking daily cleaning of counters, displays, and windows.
  • Review and set up back-office sales tools, contribute to operational tasks, monitor supply stock, and build operational knowledge on digital tools.
  • Comply with Maison's policies and commercial rules, and abide by procedures.
