About the Role

The UK Retail Performance Manager is a key position within Van Cleef & Arpels, responsible for consolidating key performance indicators (KPIs), facilitating their understanding and effective utilization, and fostering a KPIs-based approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Performance Monitoring & Analysis: Analyze overall market and individual quantitative performance to identify opportunities and share best practices.
  • Cross-Functional Support & Sales Achievements: Support the UK Retail Director and Boutique Managers with on-demand quantitative/qualitative insights to drive sales achievements.
  • Performance Enhancement Projects: Collaborate with all departments to define action plans and implement performance enhancement projects aligned with HQ guidelines.

About You

We are seeking a highly analytical and commercially oriented individual with a strong understanding of luxury retail. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in data analysis and interpretation, with the ability to communicate complex insights effectively.
