About the Role

The Boutique Sales Associate will provide exceptional customer service and support to the sales team in a luxury retail environment. This role requires a strong understanding of fine jewellery and high jewellery, as well as excellent interpersonal skills to interact with international clientele.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist sales associates during presentations and client interactions
  • Prepare and wrap products for sale
  • Process sales transactions and maintain accurate records
  • Support sales team in daily clienteling activities, including gift card preparation and purchase of small client gifts
  • Follow brand visual identity guidelines and maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Provide support for event organization and have knowledge of high jewellery, jewellery, and watchmaking
  • Assist sales associates during customer service interactions and perform customer service activities as needed
  • Review and set up the workspace, including counters, displays, and windows
  • Monitor supply stock and build operational knowledge on digital tools
  • Comply with Maison's policies and commercial rules
