Working Hours: 32 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Hourly Rate: £12.23 per hour

Job OpportunityCustomer Service:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing all staff and visitor concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain a polished and professional appearance, upholding the image of Securitas and our clients.
  • Handle telephone enquiries in line with our company guidelines, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Manage the booking process for on-site meeting rooms, ensuring smooth and efficient scheduling and usage.
Other Responsibilities:
  • Administer Security Clearance paperwork with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing post, ensuring efficiency and organisation.
  • Complete all paperwork legibly and accurately, maintaining high standards.
  • Undertake any other reasonable duties as requested by the Securitas Site Manager or client.
  • Demonstrate engagement with the Securitas Core Values of Integrity, Vigilance, and Helpfulness, ensuring a high standard of risk awareness and safety within the workplace. Comply with relevant policies, procedures, and training as provided by the company.

Essential Skills
  • Driving Licence and access to own vehicle
  • Right to work in the UK and have a five-year checkable employment/education history

  • Recent experience in a customer-facing role, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
