Then your next career move should be to join our small, friendly and results focussed Sales and Marketing team in the role of TERRITORY MANAGER.

With an international remit, your passion for our product and their purpose, and your proven sales track-record, will see you immersed in our markets, meeting, maintaining and growing our business and customer satisfaction.

Collaborating with your Production and Engineering colleagues, your strong technical knowledge will support product development and prototypes and help develop our brand awareness.

You also use your resourcefulness, data analytical skills and ability to offer solutions, identify risk and build opportunities and improvements for our business and customers. As well as support in shaping our future strategic direction.

To be successful, youll have or be working towards an Alevel equivalent qualification in a business subject and Knowledge And Experience in the following:

Developing and delivering a positive customer experience from introduction to product receipt and with the expectation of repeat business. Presentation skills that enable you to communicate, influence and present yourself and products credibly and effectively both online and in person. Contract negotiation and management. Working through and providing customer quotations. Working to and delivering against targets. Knowledge of RF and Microwave filter products. Data analysis of customer markets and activities, identifying trends, opportunities and challenges.
