We are looking for an energetic and experienced Sales leader to build on our recent success and drive Solidatus into the US markets. You have experience with structured management and sales techniques. Strong management skills and a demonstrable record ofaccomplishment with sales campaign delivery are your strong suits.

Reporting to the VP Global Sales, you will lead the sales team in growing and expanding our US customer base, fully leveraging your sales management prowess to inspire, motivate, and impact success in the region. This highly visible role is critical to Solidatusglobal growth. Your experience and determination, combined with your background in sales leadership, will play a key role in helping us exceed our goals.

You will manage Business Development Directors who are focused on driving pipeline and revenue growth within the US. You will develop and execute a strategic and comprehensive business plan for the sales territory, including identifying core customer requirementsand mapping the benefits of Solidatus solutions to the territory. You will take full responsibility for leading the team towards quota achievement, accurate forecasting, regular quarterly revenue delivery, and facilitation of sales enablement and regulatethe implementation of agreed account and business plans. Furthermore, you’ll coach team members, accessing resources within Solidatus to support them on specific opportunities, with the goal of building sufficient capacity to meet customers’ demand for Solidatusrelated services and skills.
- Lead the US team towards new business sales quota achievement goals
- Define strategy for various Business verticals with clear deliverables, KPIs and ways to drive business outcomes
- Devote significant time towards mentoring, coaching and managing your Sales Directors
- Develop and maintain positive and influential relationships with direct reports
- Build and maintain positive relationships within Solidatus with customers at the management level
- Be a Solidatus ambassador within accounts, maximizing our brand recognition and mindshare at all levels, evangelizing our solution and publicising success stories
- Forecast, measure, and report sales results through use of internal CRM at board level
- Ensuring that all areas of business development have the right resources to operate effectively and that staff are motivated and engaged
- Proactively identify sales pipeline risks and develop mitigation plans
