Job Description: As a Sales Representative at We Are Prime Group, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and enhancing our market presence. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and promoting our range of detailing services. Your goal will be to meet and exceed sales targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Present and promote our car detailing services to prospective customers.
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional materials.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar sales role.
  • Strong understanding of the automotive industry, particularly car detailing services, is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • A valid driver’s license.
