We are looking for a Bank Registered Mental Health (RMN) / Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD) with a passion for delivering outstanding care.Youll have the opportunity to work flexible Bank shifts at Cygnet Hospital Maidstone.Cygnet Hospital Maidstone is our state-of-the-art, 63 bed mental health facility for adults. Maidstone is purpose built to meet the latest national specifications for improving mental health within a therapeutic environment.
Main duties of the job
Cygnet Hospital Maidstone has four wards including a highly specialised personality disorder service for women (Roseacre Ward), high dependency rehabilitation service for men (Kingswood Ward), specialist PICU service for men (Bearsted Ward) and male low secure service (Saltwood Ward)

Your day-to-day
Produce outstanding written reports based on your nursing assessments and observations Work closely with the management team to develop the service, audit & improve quality Attend all training & engage in CPD to further knowledge & promote nursing Under NMC guidelines, ensure that individual care plans are complete & maintained collectively with residents, relatives & other healthcare professionals Administer medicines within healthcare procedure and Healthcare Commission guidelinesWhy Cygnet?
