Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Registered Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD) to join our team at Cygnet Hospital Woking. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to our service users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce comprehensive and accurate written reports based on your nursing assessments and observations.
  • Work closely with the management team to develop and improve our services, ensuring that we provide the best possible care and support to our service users.
  • Attend all training and engage in Continuing Professional Development (CPD) to further your knowledge and skills.
  • Ensure that individual care plans are complete and maintained, in collaboration with service users, relatives, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Administer medicines in accordance with healthcare procedures and guidelines.

  • A current Pin Number and a strong understanding of the latest nursing practices.
  • The ability to maintain accurate documentation, undertake audits, and demonstrate integrity in your role.

Desirable Qualifications
