Events from their portfolio are recognizedas the Best Independent Trade Show Launch at the EN Indy Awards2023. We are on a mission to launch several events across three tofour markets over the next fewyears.

RoleOverview:

We are seeking adynamic and driven Sales person to join our team. This is anexciting opportunity to be part of our growth journey from thebeginning. With an entrepreneurial mindset you will enjoy agenerous bonus structure and the chance to build and expand ourrecently launched series of regionalevents.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • RevenueGeneration: Achieve stand revenue targets through new andexisting customer sales and upselling/crossselling sponsorshipopportunities.
  • New BusinessDevelopment: Win new business from inbound marketingqualified leads competitor shows and sourcing your ownleads.
  • ClientRetention: Ensure maximum client retention by achievingrebook targets onsite and delivering excellent customer serviceyearround. Maintain regular contact via facetoface meetings videocalls phone calls and emails acting as the primary point of contactfor clients.
  • CRMManagement: Maintain accurate CRM records includingcustomer information call notes pipeline management andforecasting.


Requirements

KeySkills &Experience:

  • Experience:Minimum 1 years experience in B2B events ideally tradeshows.
  • TargetDriven: Proven ability to work to targets and achieveKPIs (50 calls/1.5 hours perday).
  • Environment:Thrives in a fastpaced ambitiousenvironment.
  • Travel:Ability to travel to competitor events both in the UK andinternationally asrequired.
  • CustomerRelations: Excellent customer relationshipskills.
  • CommercialMindset: Energy and enthusiasm to drive commercialsuccess and implement identifiedinitiatives.
  • CRM:Experience with HubSpot CRM isdesirable.
