Our international team have proudly made senior placements in over 37 countries. We have a terrific diverse team, we are looking to appoint a really strong, credible, driven and winning sales leader.
Due to continued growth, we are creating this position to manage the business development / sales team. The role, reporting to the CEO, will be tasked with the following:
- In line with budget, grow the sales team in all regions.
- Set and achieve personal and team targets.
- Achieve personal and team targets
- Manage and appraise global sales teams.
- Establish new standard operating procedures.
- Train, develop and mentor new business developers.
- Set training schedule.
- Develop tomorrows leaders.
The position comes with it's own sales target, this is a hands on position that will interact with clients daily and develop new business.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years recruitment experience, managing and building successful teams.
- Proven target hitter.
- Proven experience of working and liaising at a senior level.
- Knowledge of the life sciences industry a distinct advantage, but not a deal breaker at all for the right candidate.
This is an office based role out of our Reigate (Surrey UK) offices. The position comes with:
