About the Role:
Leader Group are working with a Local Council to find a Team Leader to join their team on a temporary basis as a Team Leader.


This is for a 24-hour emergency monitoring and response service. You will oversee a dedicated team supporting vulnerable adults and older individuals, ensuring they have access to assistance through call handling and emergency response services.


Key Responsibilities:
* Leadership & Supervision: Lead a team of call handlers, providing essential support and maintaining 24/7 service.
* Performance Management: Monitor team performance, offer coaching, and utilise performance data to drive improvements.
* Training & Development: Facilitate ongoing training to ensure team members are prepared for their roles.
* Operational Management: Maintain seamless service delivery, ensure compliance with standards, and manage work distribution.


Qualifications & Skills Required:
* Experience in Team Leadership: Background in managing customer service teams, ideally in telecare or emergency response.
* Understanding of Vulnerable Client Needs: Experience with services for vulnerable adults and older individuals.
* Performance & Data Management: Skilled in using performance data to assess and enhance service quality.
Additional Requirements:
* A full driving license with business use insurance.
* Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
* Enhanced Adults DBS check.
