We deliver creative, dynamic and person-centred service to 2 young men at our award-winning service in Inverness. Each person we support has very different support needs and we have tailored care and support plans to meet their individual needs. As a team we work together to ensure the safety, wellbeing, and aspirations outcomes/goals of the people we support are met. The people we support have many varied interests and hobbies and have many of the same dreams and aspirations as we do.

As a Support Worker you will help to organise and participate in activities. The young men enjoy activities such as swimming, football, trampolining, going to the cinema, DIY, walking and keeping fit, engage in music, going to the gym, supporting to go on holidays and access the community and much more. You will support people to participate and develop a range of life skills such as:- cooking, cleaning, managing finances, supporting with personal hygiene, scheduling & attending appointments, meal planning and shopping. 

You need to have the ability to form positive relationships with people we support, colleagues, guardians, families and other professionals. You need to have a good understanding of discrimination and health and wellbeing issues.

We are currently recruiting for Support Workers for waking night shifts from 9pm - 8am. To ensure fairness for all staff, the successful applicant must be able to work varying days from Monday-Sunday. We can accommodate full-time or part-time roles at this time (22+ hours per week)
