**Location**: Inverness

**Position Available**: 2 x Full Time (38 hours) Part Time and Relief postions available

**Shifts**: *shift times vary and include sleeping nights & weekends

**Salary**: £12.00 per hour

**Additional Information**: Full UK driving licence is essential (car provided)

We have full time, part-time and relief positions within George’s team in Inverness, on occasion working a 24-hour shift, which will include a sleepover and every second weekend on a rotational basis.

Here's a little more about George: "People who know me will say that it takes time for me to trust you and build up a relationship. I am a friendly person with a good sense of humour. I have an interest in going to the library, eating out, walking, spending time with my family, cooking, farming, DIY, being out in nature and going for drives in my car.”

**Role of the Support Worker**

Duties of the position include following my support plan and risk assessments to ensure my safety, assisting me with shopping, budgeting, meal preparation and housework, accurately documenting what both you and I do during your shift, and reporting any concerns to your line manager and the wider multi disciplinary team.

**Experience & Requirements**

I prefer support workers who are confident and outgoing, level headed, upbeat, reliable, resilient and have an insight into working with vulnerable adults. You don't need experience in care to start your career with Gateway.
