Our client in Dorchester are looking for an experienced, passionate and energetic Nursery Manager to oversee their 100 plus place setting.  Great outdoor space, and salary based on 40 hr working week is up to £45k depending on experience.

Requirements
Ideally you will have

Have a minimum Level 3 Qualification or equivalent in Early Years / Childcare
Have at least 3 years' previous experience of working in a Day Nursery
Have at least 2 years' experience of leading and supporting teams
Can inspire, energise and support others
Has a genuine passion and excitement to work with children and helping others learn
Sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations
A firm knowledge of Ofsted standards and requirements
