Job Opportunity: Nursery Manager

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Nursery Manager to lead our 100+ place setting in Dorchester. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and development of our children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of childcare professionals to provide high-quality care and education to children.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with EYFS and Ofsted standards.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes children's learning and development.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the nursery, including staff supervision, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Build strong relationships with parents and carers to ensure effective communication and partnership working.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Level 3 Qualification or equivalent in Early Years/Childcare.
  • At least 3 years' experience of working in a Day Nursery.
  • At least 2 years' experience of leading and supporting teams.
  • Ability to inspire, energize, and support others.
  • Sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations.
  • Firm knowledge of Ofsted standards and requirements.
