Nursery Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Nursery Manager to lead our 100+ place setting in Dorchester. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team at JEM Childcare Solutions and make a real difference in the lives of children and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of the nursery, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for children
  • Lead and support a team of experienced childcare professionals
  • Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of children and align with the latest EYFS framework and regulations
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure high-quality care and education for children
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure the smooth operation of the nursery
Requirements
  • Minimum Level 3 Qualification or equivalent in Early Years/Childcare
  • At least 3 years' experience of working in a Day Nursery
  • At least 2 years' experience of leading and supporting teams
  • Sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations
  • A firm knowledge of Ofsted standards and requirements
