Nursery Manager Position

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Nursery Manager to lead our 100+ place setting in Dorchester. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and development of our children.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of childcare professionals to deliver high-quality care and education to children.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with EYFS and Ofsted standards.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care and education, making recommendations for improvement.
- Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of funds.
- Minimum Level 3 Qualification or equivalent in Early Years/Childcare.
- At least 3 years' experience of working in a Day Nursery.
- At least 2 years' experience of leading and supporting teams.
- Ability to inspire, energize, and support others.
- Sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations.
- Firm knowledge of Ofsted standards and requirements.
