The Role

In this part-time role (18 hours per week), you will:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for service users, handling phone and email enquiries with patience and understanding.
  • Create and update customer records accurately.
  • Organise and manage client communications.
  • Handle financial transactions, including setting up Direct Debits and processing card payments over the phone.
  • Conduct post-trial follow-ups, offer basic product advice, and support our supervisors and managers.
  • Multitask and prioritise workloads efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  • A strong passion for improving people's quality of life.
  • A solid background in customer service with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Experience in a health or social care setting is desirable but not essential.
