ABOUT THE ROLE

Our Senior Project Managers are a valuable part of our business, the focus of this role will be to provide visible leadership, insight, direction and foresight in the safe and profitable delivery of schemes, while also providing excellent customer satisfaction and successfully develop a team.

As our Senior Project Manager you will:

Work in support of the Project lead to develop, measure and ensure delivery against the project budgets including preliminaries and supply chain procurement that aligns to the profit strategy for the project. Develop and implement detailed programmes and schedules in partnership with the supply chain which allow accurate monitoring and reporting of progress as required by the project. Secure and manage the appropriate resources to deliver the project / scheme effectively and efficiently in a professional manner to ensure successful delivery within project constraints whilst driving the consistent implementation of Wates Visual and Professional standards . Implement and manage the development of the Project Quality Plan, Trade Quality Plans, and Defect rectification procedures Work with the team to the successful delivery of the Project sustainability agenda Ensure there is a successful and smooth handover of the project, including support to customer/ end user throughout the handover process.
