•Build and nurture relationships – Connect with key platforms like Meta, Google (YouTube), LinkedIn and TikTok to foster strong relationships.

•Collaborate with key stakeholders – Engage with key business partners, suppliers and agencies to ensure smooth operations and strategic alignment.

•Pioneer new platforms – Lead the launch of new social media channels and expand our digital footprint.

•Guide Content creation – Brief and work closely with our storytelling team to craft compelling content for multiple social media channels.

•Innovate with testing – Develop and execute a social media test & learn program to enhance performance

•Drive continuous improvement – Implement robust reporting and analysis to measure success, focusing on identify key insights to optimise the programme and deliver growth in performance

•Oversee budgets and resources – manage budgets and resources effectively to maximise the impact of our social media function.

We would like you to have:

•Proven extensive experience in a high-level Social Media marketing role, within luxury or automotive sectors.

•Comprehensive experience and understanding of different social media platforms, with an ability to demonstrate extensive track record in social media across Instagram, Tik Tok and Youtube.

•Evidenced experience in the development and implementation of wide scale social media strategies, with a special focus on engagement and ability to assess and review strategy progress.

•Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to effectively collaborate with and influence stakeholders.

•Strategic mindset and an ability to evidence experience running successful social media programmes.

•Proven track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.

We offer a hybrid approach of 2 days WFH. Our content, creative and marketing teams travel to different office locations including Shalford, Leamington and our agency offices in London.
