Position Overview:
I am seeking an experienced and dynamic Multi-Site Registered Manager to oversee the operations of a cluster of mental health services across Warwickshire. The successful candidate will ensure the delivery of exceptional care services across all sites, maintain regulatory compliance, and foster a culture of excellence within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of multiple care facilities, ensuring the highest standards of care delivery.
- Provide strong leadership to site managers and care staff, promoting teamwork, motivation, and professional development.
- Implement and monitor policies, procedures, and quality assurance measures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of care and the overall resident experience.
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders.
- Monitor and manage budgets effectively, ensuring efficient resource allocation across sites.
- Act as a role model for best practices in care delivery, promoting a person-centred approach and dignity in care.
Qualifications and Experience:.
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the social care sector, preferably Mental Health
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- You have demonstrated the ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
- A commitment to promoting diversity, equality, and inclusion within the workplace
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
For your hard work and commitment you will be paid a salary of up to £40,000, have the opportunity to complete your NVQ Level 5 and have multiple opportunities to grown and develop. You will get 28 days annual leave plus the bank holidays, pension plan, medical, health and life insurance as well as cycle to work incentives and cash back plans.
