ZUR POSITION

Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und Verbesserung von Berichtsmechanismen innerhalb von TUI BLUE und der gesamten TUI Gruppe, mit einem Schwerpunkt auf den Concept Cost. Erstellung von Budgetpräsentationen und detaillierte Analyse der Kosten im Vergleich zum Budget auf monatlicher und jährlicher Basis. Analyse operativer Berichte, um Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten für die Hotelperformance zu identifizieren und datengestützte Entscheidungsfindung zu unterstützen. Effiziente Koordinierung mit verschiedenen internationalen Teams und verbundenen Unternehmen als Verbindungsperson für Finanzen und Controlling. Kommunikation mit den Konzeptmanagern und den Quellmärkten, um eine effiziente Abstimmung im Zusammenhang mit den Konzeptkosten sicherzustellen. Unterstützung bei der Optimierung und Standardisierung von Arbeitsprozessen zur Sicherstellung der operativen Effizienz in den Bereichen Finanzen und Controlling. Übernahme von Ad-hoc-Aufgaben, Durchführung von Analysen und Vorbereitung von Unterlagen zur Überprüfung durch das Management.

ZUR DIR

Ausbildungsniveau: Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Volkswirtschaftslehre, Tourismusmanagement oder eines verwandten Fachgebiets. Erfahrungen im Bereich Controlling und Finanzen sind von Vorteil. Technische Fertigkeiten: Beherrschung der Microsoft Office Suite, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint. Erfahrung mit Tableau oder HFM/Oracle ist wünschenswert. Sprachkenntnisse: Fließend in Wort und Schrift in Englisch und Deutsch. Interkulturelle Erfahrung ist von Vorteil. Persönliche Eigenschaften: Ausgeprägte organisatorische Fähigkeiten, Belastbarkeit in zeitkritischen Situationen, ergebnisorientierter Ansatz und sorgfältige Arbeitsmoral. Sie sollten ein hohes Maß an Engagement und Teamgeist mitbringen. Reisebereitschaft: Flexibel und offen für internationale Reisen, sofern erforderlich.
