Aktiver Beitrag zur Gestaltung der Employee-Experience-Strategie, z. B. durch Recherchen zu externen Best Practices oder der Organisation von Stakeholder-Austauschsformaten

Unterstützung des Global Manager Employee Experience in Bezug auf das Stakeholder-Management der wichtigsten Stakeholder-Gruppen (Mitbestimmungsgremien, Leadership Teams, Vorstand, Aufsichtsrat) sowie eigenständiges Management der HR Befragungskoordinatoren

Steuerung der globalen EX-Befragungsstandards der TUI, um die Ausrichtung der lokalen Aktivitäten an der Gesamtstrategie zu gewährleisten und einheitliche interne Qualitätsstandards zu erreichen

Eigenverantwortliche Leitung der Entwicklung und Umsetzung globaler Kommunikationskampagnen für die Befragungsformate

Programmierung verschiedener Befragungen, Bereitstellung von regelmäßigen Updates über die Teilnehmerquoten für verschiedene Stakeholder und die proaktive Verbesserung der Benutzerfreundlichkeit der Befragungsplattform

Organisation der Gestaltung und Einführung verschiedener Lernformate für alle Stakeholder, sowohl für die Nutzung der Befragungsplattform als auch für den Umgang mit anderen Formaten im Rahmen der Employee Listening Strategie

Unterstützung bei der Definition der Employee Experience und der verschiedenen Phasen innerhalb der TUI Group bei gleichzeitigem Aufbaueines Stakeholder-Netzwerks entlang der Experience, um sicherzustellen, dass die Produkte und Aktivitäten der Strategie auf die internen Bedürfnisse abgestimmt sind

Unterstützung von Projekten, die darauf abzielen, weitere HR-Daten mit Erkenntnissen aus der Employee Listening Strategie abzugleichen und zu kombinieren
 

ZU IHNEN

Fließende Englischkenntnisse, Deutsch und/oder weitere Sprachen sind ein Plus  Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS Office 365-Produkten Bereitschaft und Fähigkeit, sich schnell in neue Tools und Software einzuarbeiten Starke zwischenmenschliche Kompetenzen sowie Fähigkeiten zum Aufbau von Beziehungen, um auf verschiedenen Ebenen der Organisation zu arbeiten, einschließlich der Fähigkeit, die politische Landschaft in einem globalen Umfeld zu verstehen und zu steuern Ausgezeichnete Problemlösungs- und Priorisierungsfähigkeiten sowie Eigenmotivation  Kreatives, laterales Denken und gutes Kommunikations- und Präsentationsvermögen  Gute Aufmerksamkeit für Details, ohne datenblind zu werden – Sie müssen in der Lage sein, das große Ganze zu sehen und die Bedeutung der vereinbarten Ergebnisse zu erkennen Erfahrung mit der Arbeit in einem hybriden Arbeitsumfeld und mit einem virtuellen internationalen Team (kein Muss)
