We are looking for a talented and dedicated Product Owner to join the First Choice Digital team to drive our digital experience forward. You will also work closely with TUI’s global e-commerce services and solutions across all European markets. Ensuring we share best practice and align our roadmaps to maximum re-use.

The Product Owner has vital input to the overall First Choice digital experience, KPI’s & outcomes – working with the team on the prioritisation, design and creation of compelling digital experiences in line with business priorities. This role will be working in close collaboration with Engineering, Delivery, Analytics / SEO leads and UX & UI designers.

We believe that work is something you do not somewhere you go, therefore we are pleased to offer a flexible & hybrid working model for this role. This role can be based in either our London, Luton or Stockton office.

This role will close on 1st May.

ABOUT THE JOB

  • Help to shape a Product Roadmap that has a clear vision on how to drive success for the digital products based on these factors
  • Work with the UX and Engineering teams to collaborate on ideas and features, and break these down to deliver value in the most effective way
  • Learn and implement best practice approach to Product Ownership and modern Product Delivery practices
  • Continuously work within the team (UX & delivery) to make trade-off decisions on how best to release a feature, focusing on quality and timely delivery
  • Lead the discovery of problems and opportunities with User Researchers, Engineers and specialist stakeholders to better define problems and opportunities
  • Work with digital analysts and optimization & insights experts to ensure that all product deliverables have a clear line of sight to business value and are prioritized to deliver maximum commercial benefit from development time.
  • Experiment often and use continuous optimisation to maximise the value of product features

ABOUT YOU

  • Customer focused with passion for digital customer experience and technology
  • An understanding of Agile, and able to take ownership of a product and support its entire lifecycle
  • Able to understand user feedback and analytics and make informed decisions
  • Knowledge of A/B and Multi Variant Testing testing
  • Good commercial and decision making skills, able to input into Ideation and Roadmaps.
  • Focused on outcomes. Bold with ambitious strategies and an ability to motivate others to achieve these goals
  • Numerical, able to understand quantitative and qualitative data from tools such as Adobe, Decibel Insight and customer research and use this data naturally to generate insights and ideas
  • An understanding of brilliant user experience, and an ability to deliver this whilst removing complexity
