We are looking for a talented and dedicated leader to join the newly business and you will work closely with TUI’s global e-commerce services and solutions across all European markets. Ensuring we share best practice and align our roadmaps to ensure maximumre-use.

Product Manager, has an end to end responsibility for the overall business outcomes for their area and for the leadership of cross-functional agile delivery teams. Overseeing the business & customer design, creation of compelling digital experiences in linewith business priorities. Working in close collaboration with Managing Director of First Choice, Head of Commercial, Operations and Transformation, Head of Technology, Brand & Content Lead and Analytics / SEO leads.

You will lead a team of Product Owners, UX and UI designers and help shape the future organisation design and talent acquisition for your area of responsibility.

**ABOUT THE JOB**
- As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for leadership of cross-functional agile teams each you will oversee the business delivery of large-scale E2E projects/initiatives, grow digital commerce talent within the Pods, drive pod/team autonomy and devolveddecision making, foster culture of learning and continuous improvement. Thanks to your strong stakeholder management skills, you will set the business and product Vision & Strategy for the Pods in your remit and agree KPIs / OKRs for the Pods with the seniorleadership team.
- You will be responsible for identification and recruitment of new talent into your team, coaching and mentoring existing and new team members and active career development. You will focus on increasing autonomy of your teams, on enabling effective decisionmaking and fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
- You will be responsible for leading the product vision and roadmap for First Choice. Create a compelling Product Vision and Strategy for digital product using stimulus such as the business strategy, customer needs, stakeholders’ needs and external bestpractice (Incl. risk/compliance/security). Translate high-level product roadmap into achievable product backlog features. Communicate the Product Strategy in a compelling and memorable way to the team, other pods and stakeholders.
- You will maintain a strong understanding of the bigger picture, think ahead and understand the overall business strategy and you will use these insights to shape people, delivery and digital commerce strategy for your area.
- You will have a strong background of leading cross-functional digital product & UX teams in, working with senior business and technology stakeholders and managing large-scale E2E digital commerce projects/initiatives. You will advocate and advance modern,agile digital commerce practices and help develop and evangelize greatdigital customer experiences.
