Due to an internal move, we are looking for a new recruit to join our Product Strategy Team in Product & Purchasing, a global platform department which works across TUI's European source markets. The department's aim is to create a common accommodation portfoliobased on the local market and customer requirements, whilst facilitating profit optimisation across markets on a group level, to improve TUI's competitive situation overall.

As a Product Strategy Manager, you will help create and implement the Group seasonal and three-year plans for our differentiated products based on local source market briefings and ensure differentiated product targets are met - both commercially and forthe customer. You will have a good understanding of the leisure travel market, key customer segments and competitors. You will support the Product Strategy Lead to identify gaps, as well as duplication, in our product line up, undertaking project work andrecommending strategic solutions to ensure the TUI Group product portfolio remains modern, relevant and attractive to all the key customer segments. You will be actively seeking out trends in the hotel, travel and leisure industries and identifying opportunitiesfor TUI to further explore and delivering on projects to support the product growth in different segments / areas for all source markets.

**ABOUT THE JOB**
- All aspects of this exciting role will stem from the creation and execution of the seasonal and three-year plans across all markets, which you will help the Group Product leadership team with at all stages.
- Based on local source markets’ briefing and in-depth knowledge of customer segments their needs and competition, you will support the development of global markets strategies. This will include capacity planning for all differentiated concepts and analysingnew opportunities which will add growth or profitability to our business from an end-to-end perspective.
- You will support the Product Strategy Lead in their liaison with Finance, Customer Insights/CX and other Commercial colleagues at all stages. You will track both the forecast vs planned volumes as well as the on-going commercial & operational performanceof all concepts & brands, highlighting and correcting issues as they occur.
- As a main link between TUI Hotels & Resorts, the central Markets Product teams and the local source market Product teams, you will ensure that the differentiated concepts and brands you are responsible for are briefed, communicated, and trained into localsource market Product teams.
- Based on source market briefing and customer needs, you will identify opportunities for change in the concept standards and brief TUI Hotels & Resorts accordingly. You will balance quality targets for all concepts & brands against costs and sign off qualitytargets and concept costs.
- You will brief specific concept changes to the necessary departments, managing implementation plans, when required. You will be known as the Product expert on all these concepts, the go-to person who will always reflect the concepts and brands accuratelyand with a huge amount of passion and enthusiasm.This may involve being a spokesperson for these concepts outside of the business.
- Through all your work with TUI Hotels & Resorts, you will deliver an aligned product approach across all markets. You will liaise with key stakeholders to meet their individual needs while delivering for the TUI Group.
- You will undertake regular analysis to review existing products and new opportunities within the whole portfolio.You will be able to collate and analyse the data from multiple sources to pull out key insights and trends. You will be able to present yourfindings in a clear, concise manner, with strong PowerPoint & presentation skills, adjusting your language and detail level for different audiences. You will liaise with your colleagues in a collaborative way, so that documents and project-based work are completedand subsequently executed to a high standard.

- Strong commercial acumen
- Good knowledge of our differentiated concepts & brands
- Understanding of TUI customers and product range
- Be able to prioritise work, manage and deliver successful projects to meet deadlines
- Experience in process and project management
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Highly numerate and competent using Excel and PowerPoint
- An adaptable team player who can build strong relationships with colleagues across different markets to find the best solution
- Enjoys working in a fast paced, target orientated environment
- Fluent business English (written & spoken)
