Portico are on the lookout for a Reception Services Manager to oversee our team of 9, based at one of the world's largest general insurance & reinsurance companies in the city.
The Reception Services Manager is the most senior member of our team on site. Overseeing event planning, reception, switchboard and AV services team, as well as being the go-to person for the day to day needs of our client and assisting them with various projects.
They will set and monitor the service standards, ensuring all teams provide a consistently hight level of service across the board, whilst working closely with the other service providers on site to ensure that the service is seamless to the users of the space.
Hours: 40 Hours per week, from Monday-Friday
Salary: £42,500
Qualifications
We are looking for a proactive candidate with the ability to think outside the box.
They must have experience of managing a large team within a corporate or five-star hospitality environment.
Ideally, we are looking for someone with experience of managing multiple departments in a busy environment meaning they are able to manage their time effectively and provide hands-on help to their teams when needed.
Preferably, the successful candidate will have experience with HR policies and processes, client relationship management, managing various projects and is comfortable in coming up with innovative new ideas to improve processes, and implementing them within the operation.
