The role
Fugro is actively seeking an Internal Communications Content and Channels Executive who possesses a genuine passion for internal communications. This role involves effectively conveying the Fugro narrative to our 11,000 employees, ensuring timely and impactful messaging. As part of your responsibilities, you will develop, coordinate and manage the global content calendar, ensuring a seamless flow of information. Additionally, you will edit and publish engaging articles on our intranet and other internal platforms, aligning with our brand identity and weaving compelling stories. Leveraging your expertise in channel effectiveness, you will advocate for channel improvements, collaborating closely with our digital communications team to enhance global reach and engagement. Key skills for success include, exceptional literacy talent, meticulous attention to detail, adept planning and coordination abilities, channel management proficient and a knack for measurement and analysis.
Who we’re looking for:
Educated to degree level in Communications, Marketing, Business or relevant.Previous experience working in Communications, Marketing, Business or similar.Strong English language/literacy skills, both verbal and written.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Dutch language would be useful but not essential.A passion for communications.A high level of IT skills.What we offer:
