Step into the role of Senior Technical Engineer and become a cornerstone in our team, providing 2nd line support for field engineers and clients. Your expertise will be pivotal in maintaining and servicing digital CCTV and associated electronic security, as well as contributing to business process improvement, building management, and AV systems at our customer sites in central London.

Your Responsibilities:

As a Technical Support Engineer, you'll dive into supporting and maintaining IP Access Control systems, including single, multisite, or enterprise setups. Alongside, you'll expand your proficiency in audiovisual systems, encompassing audio/video recorders, video walls, and displays. Managing a diverse customer base, you'll ensure seamless operation either remotely or through onsite engagement. Regular communication with the Technical Services Manager, Service Administration team, and UK Service Manager will be essential to update on progress and seek support as needed.

The role of Senior Technical Engineer entails overseeing security systems across our corporate clients UK and EMEA portfolio, aiming for peak performance and minimal business impact or service disruptions. This includes facilitating specialist subcontractors during planned/reactive maintenance and other engineering tasks. Adhering to SLA deliverables and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) is integral, with a standard working shift from 08:30 to 16:30, Monday to Friday.

You should bring at years of experience in a Senior Technical Engineer or Systems Engineer role in a corporate environment, with a strong background in CCure 9000 and M&E building maintenance/electrical infrastructure services. Your extensive knowledge of Video Surveillance Systems, CCTV, intruder systems, and networking and server technology is key, along with experience in electrical AP standard working processes and procedures.
