To manage the schedule of courses and trainers, to maximise revenue opportunities, to minimise all costs and to ensure the maximum utilisation of employed trainers in accordance with the company policies.
To ensure that the schedules aligns with the operational KPI’s and the business’s operating plans.
Key Areas of Responsibility
The primary responsibility of a Schedule Manager is to work with the Lead Schedule Manager and
ensure that Global Knowledge’s schedule aligns with the company plans. Additionally the Schedule
Manager, as part of a schedule team, will also work:
· To ensure sounds commercial principles are applied to all events and schedules.
· To ensure that trainer utilisation is in line with or exceeds company targets.
· To ensure that external trainer day rates are in line with or are below company target.
· To maintain the schedule and ensure maximum profitability of events
· To follow operational process and procedure, allowing GK to efficiently manage low fill events, maximise opportunities and maintain efficiencies.
· To maintain sales responsiveness in line with SLA’s and respond/assist with all Sales enquiries.
· To implement the training schedules in line with AOP.
· To display the GK Can-do attitude

Experience / Qualifications Required
Essential
· Schedule processing, organisational skills, data analysis, Training administration and the use
of Office packages.
Desirable
· Ideally the job holder will have significant experience in a similar role.
